Hello to a new dawn!!

Hello everyone! I’m back to logging my food and miles. I’ve been eating clean and moving towards a healthy weight again for 11 days. This time will stick, I will stick to this journey and finally find my way back to a slimmer fit body. I’ve been lucky as I’m pretty healthy except for my weight but being 42 and extremely obese has finally take. It’s toll on my life and what I can do. So moving and grooving, planning and prepping, losing and strengthening!! I got this.
