Weigh-in day for me. Lost another couple of pounds. Down 10.6 now. This is gratifying, yet it is only a step closer to my goal of being a happier, healthier me. Dropping pounds and increasing muscle tone is what is happening here. This is good and getting better. Think I will go play chase with the dog in the backyard, then push the mower around for a while.
