Today was surgery day. I had a fibroma removed from the bottom of my foot. The surgery went perfect and I couldn't have been happier with all the staff. I'm at home resting and trying to navigate walking on my heel. I think I should have been doing more single leg squats to strengthen my other leg before hand!

    Take time to rest and heal. We always find out after surgery what we should have one before to strengthen muscles. I had a hammertoe straightened and Morton's Neuroma surgery on my right foot the end of October. Last Friday, March 30th I had total knee replacement surgery on my right knee. I had time to get my legs strengthened before this surgery, and I'm glad of that. We don't know how much our legs do.
