Whew! The weekend is gone and here we are, left to face another work week! We’ve got this!
My morning breakfast was:
3/4 cup of H-E-B Real Egg Whites
2 slices of HEB low-sodium bacon
1 tbsp H-E-B Ketchup
And of course my coffee: 20 ounces brewed coffee, four Splenda packets, 2 teaspoons of powdered coffee creamer
