Spring! I'm getting back on track and working hard on weight loss.
- I will follow the running program my coach has put together.
- I will aim to get 16,000 steps a day
- I will aim to cycle 10 minutes per day in April
- I will complete 2 strength training workouts per week
- I will do a core workout 6 days per week
