Well I have been trying to be more active here in Sparkpeople and it is great to see that I am not the only one that feels the way I do about my weight and my body. I am really trying to get this weight off.
Anyway, this is my morning breakfast.
1 cup of H-E-B Real Egg Whites
2 slices of H-E-B Low Sodium Bacon
1 Banana
AND
20 ounces of Coffee
2 tsp of powdered creamer
4 packets of Splenda
