I am going to stay positive and only speak on my accomplishments this weekend.
I worked out early Saturday morning before my day began by taking a Step class. It was an awesome class and I worked my buns off. I came home and did an awesome Oprah and Deepak Meditation. This is a 21 day meditation series called "Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit. I spent the day with my friend attending a birthday brunch and we hit the mall afterwards. Discovered I have a new bra size which gave me a jolt, reality check, put things in perspective. So when I got home I put on workout clothes and did some core work.
Woke up and did my meditation before getting out of bed. Then on to the gym to take a Zumba class which was AMAZING!!! I worked my buns off AGAIN!!! There was this routine that replicated River Dancing! I absolutely LOVED that routine and my calves are already sore.
I had a very active weekend!! Very proud of myself!!!
I also did my grocery shopping on Friday and did all of my cooking today so I am ready for the week.
Planning, Moving and being CONSISTENT!!! I read a quote early today that said: Understand that consistency is essential; nothing is achieved without it.
