Frustrated

Thursday, March 15, 2018

Today i am having a hard emotional time with this weight loss journey. I started a week ago at 189.9 lbs. Saturday i was so excited that i went down to 186 lbs. I went to the gym on monday felt great. Well i stepped on the dreadful scale and it showed i am back up to 188.8. So frustrating. I have been doing everything the doctor said to do, eatting 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. Nothing to eat after 6pm only water. I havent had soda since last Thursday. I am really trying here. Ugh so emotional. I have been going through the week of why i gained the 2 lbs back. Feeling like not eatting a thing today. So frustrated. 😢

It all begins someplace and you just started there. Sp is the way to do it.

We want to remember it took us a few years to put our weight on and it comes off a little at a time, just like it went on. People get frustrated with it not coming off faster than we put it on. But with consistent focus on doing what we are told on SP we will hit our objective. Like many things it just wont get there overnight.

Make sure you make one of your most focused goals you water intake. Myself, when I hit plateaus its because I am not doing the water correct. I found using a reminder on my phone to be very helpful in making sure I keep on track with the water

This is common..amd don't ditch the scale. Try weighing yourself once a week at the same time

My advice..throw the scale out the window..it is not your friend.. or at the least hide the scale and pull it out once a month...That is what i do.. If you are doing all the right things..you'll see results..Just don't throw in the towel..that is the only way you will fail.. i have lost fifty pounds.. have thirty more pounds to go.. come to far to give up now...

Try not to focus on scale. Just keep doing what you know to do, get that walk in along with gym & have faith that you are making your body healthier. It takes awhile for body to believe you are in it for long haul. Scale will catch up. ❤️😊
