2018 Will be GREAT!

It's been a dismal 5 months that involved a lot of stress that I don't want to go into, but things are resolving themselves. The stress was pretty great and I did not sleep well for months and gained about 8 pounds of the 17 pounds I lost. It's been now about six days back on track with Spark People and I have already consistently lost 2 of the 8 pounds.

I am excited to get up every morning and work out, drink water, and track my calories. I am trying to eat balanced meals every day and avoid too many sweets. Today, I allowed myself 6 mini yogurt pretzels for a snack.

This year will be great. My husband and I will have time to do the things we have always wanted to do! We don't plan to spend a lot of money, but rather do a lot of quality activities around and near our home. I also hope to take some on-line courses to brush up my computer graphic skills. We plan to do some fun projects in our home like extending our patio, finishing building our wood fence, and some interior painting and landscaping.

I also want to get back to painting and working on creating some art! It's been a while since I have picked up a paint brush! I am very happy!
