We all have been guilty of this or have heard someone else say this, ''I only lost .2 this week." At one time .2 didn't mean that much to me, but now I'm just .2 from losing 35 pounds since October 2017, and let me tell you that .2, really means a lot to me.

We older folks are not going to lose as quickly as the younger ones, and we females are not going to lose as fast as our male friends, but each little bit adds up. For me I'm taking each and every point whatever loss and its a victory for me. I also think about it like this, if those were point whatever gains, then I'd be in real trouble.

This is a journey, not a race. Its a journey that is never finished. If we stay the course we will get to our goals, whether its to lose 10 pounds or even 100 pounds, it all comes off the same way, ''one pound, whether its in tenths or full pounds , at a time." Enjoy the journey, and think how proud your gonna be when you get to your goal. I'm .2 from losing 35 pounds, when I rejoined back in October, 35 pound loss was not even on the radar. Times gonna move on, so I might as well lose some fat on the way.

    Yes! All those 0.2 losses add up. I tend to get discouraged too at tge slow and no progress days. Yet when I look back at what I used to weight, i have 60 reasons to celebrate. 🎉
