I am feeling okay today. Yesterday was mentally hard on me. For some reason I felt really down all day like I wanted to cry. I just kept telling myself, you can do this, stay strong and stay focused. The self talk really worked for me yesterday. Does anyone else use self talk to get through the difficult times??
