What I do when I get a craving! I start creating!

Tonight after I ate my evening meal, I still was not satisfied. I wanted something more... OH the craving was coming on strong and fast! I got up and thought what to do.., it is dark outside, I do not want to go for a walk... Movies & reading just make me want to munch... then, I decided that I should create my next planned meal and get to cooking!
My first Cravation Creation! I started with 5 chicken tenders, added fresh veggies, spicy seasonings and just let it simmer and added some diced cheeses as I turned the flame off to let it set for putting in bowls for easy access for after work or for lunch! {tasted one piece of a mushroom to see if seasonings were good, they were fantastic, packed the rest} Plan ahead so that I will not come in hangry and just pick up any junk that I can cram in my mouth.
My next Cravation Creation was so tasty, I did eat some of it.
I diced one cucumber, halved 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, added 1 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 tablespoon Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon Hellman's Dijonnaise, salt & black pepper. stirred until coated and munched down! 1/2 cup serving, satisfied my hangry craving tonight!!! {tomorrow for with my lunch, I will put 1/2 cup serving on some fresh spinach!} Yummers!!

    I go to bed. My cravings are rarely any time of the day BUT Bedtime. I believe it is more habit than craving and it has been horrible to break. emoticon

    Great idea. Strange as it may seem I try to find something to do that keeps my hands and mind busy. I try to keep a puzzle up and running to work on. Helps me most of the times.
