Week 3/23

Well, it's the start of week 3 out of 23 until my trip in July. Unfortunately I have spent the last two weeks extremely sick with cold and flu and definitely need to get back on track with my plan. I feel like I'm in desperate need of getting healthier and losing weight. I am so uncomfortable and unhappy right now.
Next week is the start of our BLC in Done Being the Fat Girl which I am running. I know this will help motivate me and keep me accountable. I need to start making myself get up earlier in the mornings to work out and have a decent breakfast.
The last few weeks I have also been studying a lot as I am trying to obtain my level 2 Insurance License. Last week I was off work for the entire week doing a seminar/course. I will be writing the exam next week. I feel like once that is out of the way it will be easier as well to be on track with things. One more week of studying and then hopefully I will pass the exam and be done with it. I know I shouldn't make excuses though! I have to put my health first.
