Need help... I need food ideas that are light in calories and have a LASTING filling

    Check the sparks recipe app. I know if you have a recipe that you like.....try substituting ingredients for a lower calorie or fat count. Like...pureed fresh fruit in oatmeal for breakfast. It'll taste sweet, be filling and lower calories. Post it!
