First blog post forgive me if I do it wrong!
I've lost a ton of weight in the past, then 7months ago I had my little girl and gained 50lbs. I have been working my tail off to lose it and nothing! In 5months ive lost 3lbs. I don't count the first 20, that was all my amazon princess. 😀 But I keep pushing and even though I am not currently friends with my scale I do feel my muscles getting back into shape. Being on bed rest for 6months turns you into a weak noodle. 😂 anyways just wanted to say for anyone stuck. Look at your muscle tone. Even if there's lots of fat and extra skin over it if your getting stronger than the workouts are still doing something.
