Starting Week 39 Back on track

Though I made it through October sticking to my plan, November and December didn't go so well. I fell back into old habits while traveling in November and it took a few months to get back on track. My gain over the holiday season wasn't as bad as it has often been in the past. I gained 7 pounds from early November thru mid-January and have lost half of it already. Hoping to stay on track with sensible eating and trying to get myself moving with an exercise routine again. Trying to stay focused on my daily behaviors rather than pounds lost.
