Hi Guys. A colleague and I just started on a 100 day challenge today.

We will exercise 100 days straight. This is a real push for me but I am excited. We gave ourselves a 3 day grace (life happens

)

Here is where I need your help. I'm thinking I need a nutrition challenge as well. No soda

for 100 days, or no fast food

, or simply take my vitamins

100 days straight.
I'm trying to challenge myself by being realistic but not wimpy. What do you think?
