January Check In and Feburary Goals

OK. So I didn't quite hit my goal weight for January, But I'm not far off.
Start on January 2
My Start Weight: 241.1
R- Thigh: 28
R- Bicept: 15.25
My goal for January 31 was 235 lbs.
Today: January 31
My End Weight: 237.8
R- Thigh: 27.25
R- Bicept: 14.5
Slow improvement in all areas!
End Goal for Febraury will be 230. Aiming for about 2 pounds a week.
January had some tough spots. I learned I can't talk fitness or goals with two of my closest friends. And that when I shirnk out of our size clothing, I will give them to another friend for first dibs. I need to be my own strength. When they try to shut it off,I need to turn it up. If they can't support my goals, then I will not share my small victories with them.
