I'm Still Moving Forward

Everyday I visit SparkPeople to track my food, log my water read informative, inspirational articles as well as off and receive some encouragement. I have logged on for 26 days straight and even if I don't get the chance to log my food for the day I make sure to do it the next day. My weight hasn't really changed because it is so hard for me to exercise. With back pain sciatic pain and now some not so good news from the doctor it seems as if a good workout is miles away.
I have tried chair exercises and they are great but sill hurt my back. Now with a possible surgery my weight loss journey has been extended longer than I anticipated. It's a hard pill to swallow but I know that as long as I continue to log on to SparkPeople and making it a regular habit that when the time finally comes for a real workout, I will be ready!
