Setting my Intention on the Comeback Trail

So let's talk about that, intention.
I think in the personal training circles the buzz phrase is "set your intention' at the beginning of the day. I believe that is a mindfulness training thing. For me, intention is a Roman Catholic thing I was brought up to believe in, like prayer intentions, prayers for someone or something.
I have good intentions, but that is a starting point. It should always be that, a starting point, the action follows. No action, then there was no intention.
Ha. That sounds like a legal argument!
Anyhow....for me personally, I like to work it the other way around, the more you do something good, the more motivated you are in doing that good thing, the intention.
But that's what they say: You get motivated by doing the action you're not motivated to do, Repeatedly.
