Day 5 (I think!) of Snack Challenge

Well, yesterday I had great plans, but gave in to pretzels, chips and a doughnut at the end of the day. The good thing is that it was only end of the day snacking rather than all day snacking. And I did drink more water.

Today the challenge is to do what I planned yesterday; to make healthier choices for snacks. I have my list, my refrigerator is filled with good things. I have my water bottle (with blueberries!) ready and I can make good choices today.
