Well, I was doing good - gym twice a week, walking 3 - 5 miles 3 or more days each week, staying active in the yard and feeling much better about myself - then it all went to pieces. Since Nov of 2016 I have been at the doctors constantly - one broken bone, a frozen shoulder a lipoma that needed to be removed surgically - PT 3x a week for 6 months once I was finally able to drive - got through that and 2 week after PT ended I got hit with sciatica - 1 week in the hospital - 2 weeks in re - hab - an epidural to my back - 3 weeks on a walker - 3 weeks on a cane and now back to PT 2x a week. Can't work out - can't walk far and I supplement the depression w/food. I am as heavy as my heaviest and feeling it. Not sure why I put all this down other than I need to unload - and if anyone out there has been in a similar situation how did you beat it? Feeling
I don't have any problems with my health but I hope I can help when you feel like snacking ask your self I hungry if no do something with you hands write in your Journal or you can teach yourself sign language if you don't know how to crochet teach 902 days ago
