I Made It to the Land of “Maintenance.”

8 months ago I blogged and dreamed of my journey to “maintenance.” The road looked long, but it was short, it looked difficult, but it was just a steady walk of daily (mostly) good decisions. My keys were: Track all my food, stay within the Spark calorie limits, and increase my walking duration and consistency. I did these 3 most of the time.
Here I am in a new, unknown, but fascinating land. Here I must watch my weight, stay within my new Spark Calorie limits (more food! must be careful!), and continue to walk. My new goals are weight maintenance, gym workouts to exchange some fat for some muscle, increased flexibility and enjoying the NSV’s of my slimmer, more active self.
Life is good, way better than it was 8 months ago.
