9 days into new year. Focused and doing great. Have added lots of fresh fruit into my day. Family vacation in sunny Florida but staying the course with meal planning and prep. For instance, packing carrots, laughing cow cheese, grapes, apples, tangerines and pistachios when going to the beach. Armed for those hunger urges. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Exercised 9 days in a row for total of 20.63 miles of running/walking! Today's high temp 82.
Next week back to work and cold temps. Making plans for indoor workouts and meals for then too! Anybody else using a TRX?
