I've been tracking my food intake- definitely having a struggle with cutting the sugar. Upping the cardio and my time on skates so I feel more comfortable.
Last night we worked on plows and hits and endurance. I think I did pretty good. Endurance is for sure lacking.
BUT I'm no longer scared of plows so that's a plus.
Trying to track and sign in here daily.
I have no idea where I am weight wise because my scale broke two weeks ago and we haven't had the money to replace it. It sucks.
