50 day Spark Streak!

Wow! I passed 50 days and things are going so well for me. Glad I started before the holidays.

Here's how things are going.....
- I've eaten within my calorie range for 42 days
- I've been drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily
- Sleep has definitely been much better - have a sleep routine now and it works
- pre planning meals most of the time - batch cooking and separating into individual servings
- brought lunch to work at least 3 days per week
- ate breakfast 48 days
- I worked out 4 times - which is better than the last 6 months of no workouts. So I will consider this a small win - better than a ZERO

I'm going to keep going on this spark streak. My focus now that the nutrition and sleep is working better for me - is getting into gear and moving more.
