Other Goals

I have goals listed under “other goals” as part of my SP tracker. I track a few different other things that are important to me. Right now I’m tracking:

Log into SP - 4x/week

No soda – 7x/week

Take vitamins – 7x/week

No eating after 8pm – 5x/week

No buying junk food – 4x/week

No social media after 9:30pm – 3x/week (I just added this one)

These goals will be changed up - hopefully all to 7 days a week; except maybe social media. I do need to get better at tracking food and exercise which I am working on.

    You have some good goals set. I finally got around to to putting mine down in print and refer to them as a reminder. Feel free to check out my goals on my blog. Willpower seems to be the obstacle most of us have. I go strong for awhile and then fizzle. Determined not to do that this time. emoticon and emoticon too. I'm here cheering you on.

    I think your goals to track are great! It’s smart to start off gradually (3-4x a week for some goals) so you feel successful and then add on the days. For some reason I have not done well tracking my goals on SP. I just started a bullet journal to do my tracking. Some of the things I track are: eating 5 or more freggies a day, 8+ glasses of water, 10 minutes or more of fitness, ST 3 x a week and yoga 2 x a week. I really like your goals of no eating after 8 PM and no social media after 9:30. I may do that for February!
