I have goals listed under “other goals” as part of my SP tracker. I track a few different other things that are important to me. Right now I’m tracking:
Log into SP - 4x/week
No soda – 7x/week
Take vitamins – 7x/week
No eating after 8pm – 5x/week
No buying junk food – 4x/week
No social media after 9:30pm – 3x/week (I just added this one)
These goals will be changed up - hopefully all to 7 days a week; except maybe social media. I do need to get better at tracking food and exercise which I am working on.
