Just put in 45 minutes on the elliptical - my first workout for 2018. Man, I've REALLY let the fitness minutes slide, gotta get that going again!
Things are very different for me, we moved into our new house last November. I'm farther from work and the gym, and am still working on establishing some routines. But it's been 2 months, and some things have settled down a bit, which is good. I am off to a good start today, and will check in soon.
