Nutritional Goals

Week 1- Drink more water
Week 2- Add more fiber
Week 3- Cut out sugar
Week 4- Pre plan snacks

N- Goals for each week in January
E. Yes these could be life time goals and would work when there are events.
W. I like to take time to deep breath or meditate before I get out of bead each day.

Y. When things get out of hand I take time to remind myself I am amazing.
E. I am still working on healthy eating habits. I let stress help me make bad choices
A.The past year I have added many healthy foods.My favorites sweet potatoes,frozen grapes
R.Last years nutritional goals were try new fruits and vegetables.

Fitness

N.Never give up -My plan is walk every day after breakfast and add more strength exercises
E.Yes these can be life time goals. I wouldn't have time to walk mornings when we travel.
W. My goal weight for 12/31/19 is 145

Y. You are in charge- I will get up earlier to make this work.
O. Organize- exercise mat is cleaned and easy to get to.Lighter weights are first to start with.
U.Utilize Support System - I have avoided this and welcome your help.

    For water (Hi team mate!! Gooooo invincible indigo s!!) I used to drink ONLY soda. Not sure what your choice of beverage is. It helped me really read up on why water is so important

    Strangely it was drinking the 8ish glasses of water a day helps REDUCE WRINKLES!! So many big benefits so lol yeah its a great way to aid ourselves. Its also a big factor in losing the weight

    Many THINK drinking diet soda helps. I read that drinking it increases the desire of needing sweets and for some craving salt. I laughed. Seriously I did.

    But it stayed in the back of my mind. On the local news they did a story on this. I decided to test it out. Every time I drank it I wrote down what was I eating? Doing?

    It SHOWED to be TRUE!!

    I forced myself to drink 2 glasses a day. Than 4, 6 and 8. I bought some pretty tall water containers (some from the dollar store even!) and either put YEAH type stickers or just lines for where 1 cup line is, 2 cups etc. If you use modpoge on them they will not come off.


    If you only like your water with ice you can put the amount of ice cubes you'll use into a measuring cup line so when it melts you'll know much moire water it gives you. I personally like my mine at room temperature

    A friend will only drink hers with fruit in it. Sometimes she uses frozen to keep it colder longer. Hope this helps.
