Week 1- Drink more water
Week 2- Add more fiber
Week 3- Cut out sugar
Week 4- Pre plan snacks
N- Goals for each week in January
E. Yes these could be life time goals and would work when there are events.
W. I like to take time to deep breath or meditate before I get out of bead each day.
Y. When things get out of hand I take time to remind myself I am amazing.
E. I am still working on healthy eating habits. I let stress help me make bad choices
A.The past year I have added many healthy foods.My favorites sweet potatoes,frozen grapes
R.Last years nutritional goals were try new fruits and vegetables.
N.Never give up -My plan is walk every day after breakfast and add more strength exercises
E.Yes these can be life time goals. I wouldn't have time to walk mornings when we travel.
W. My goal weight for 12/31/19 is 145
Y. You are in charge- I will get up earlier to make this work.
O. Organize- exercise mat is cleaned and easy to get to.Lighter weights are first to start with.
