Goodbye 2017

Friday, December 29, 2017

2017 is coming to a close, I have some goals, I had achieved and some went to the wayside. My best friend, had some things happen, which leave me a little heartbroken. Mostly the lose of her Father. I had dreamed of meeting him, and asking Him for her hand in marriage. I have now asked her Father in Heaven, and his response was yes. I look forward to this coming year, and starting my life together with her.
As this year closes, I'm looking forward to a more productive year in 2018. My BFF and I have discussed our goals, which leave me feeling very positive. I can't look back at what was, because that wont change. Only look to the future and things which can be changed. I plan on writing a blog every week, although I sometimes am at a loss for words. Hopefully that doesn't happen.
I do plan, on making some changes, such as showing up here on spark people every day. My participation has been sporadic to say the least. As I start this new year with fresh perspective, I have faith that my Blessing will come true.

Best wishes to you for a healthy and happy 2018! It sounds like you've got great plans - congratulations! My sympathies on the loss of your BFF's father, but I'm sure he too would have blessed your union. Joy to you both.
