Plans for 2018

I am excited about 2018 and am sitting down to make my goals and plans for the new year. I don't like to make weight goals, but instead make health goals, so this is what I have decided on this year:

--Exercise 3xweek
--Walk 30 min/day
--Drink at least 6 glasses of water/day
--Stay below carb range
--Meet daily calorie goal
--Do not weigh more than once a week

I have a Desire Map planner this year and I think it's really going to help me to succeed in a big way. I've decided to give myself one star for exercising, one star for exercising 3xweek, one star for walking at least 30 min, one star for walking outside in temps below 20 or above 80,one star for drinking at least 6 glasses of water, 2 stars for drinking 9 or more glasses of water, one star for meeting my daily calorie goal, and 2 stars for not weighing more than once a week. 100 stars = reward from my list.

I've also decided to challenge myself to read 12 books this year, try 12 different yoga DVDs, cook 12 different new recipes, and try out 12 unique pieces of makeup. I'll keep track of all this in the Desire Map planner, too. My overreaching goal this year is to maintain my weight but if I could lose some weight this year that would be extra nice!!
