I have been on the protein smoothie eating plan since October 2nd and I am down 33 pounds. It's been easier than I thought sticking to the plan. The protein shakes keep me so full and I am not hungry at all.

My day looks like this:

Protein smoothie with 1 cup of fruit added for breakfast
100 calorie snack (popcorn, celery & peanut butter, hard boiled egg)
Protein shake for lunch
100 calorie snack
low carb/sensible meal for dinner (spaghetti squash, taco bowl, salad with lean meats)
1 glass of dry red wine after dinner

Hubby has lost weight too but won't tell me how much. This is working for us!!
