2 oz and Non-Scale Victories

So, I lost 2oz this week. Actually on weigh in day, I had gained a little weight but I had reason to believe it was one of those inflammation and blasting upswings, so I weighed again today. 2 oz lost. I was brought a little down by it. I haven't exceeded my call range at all. In fact, I've been low in my range most days. My workout options are so limited, I can't just up my game, so if I can't lose on diet and very small exercise commitments, then I can't lose. But, I'm not going to let it get me down. It's one week and ultimately the scale moved in the right direction. So, I'm not going to worry about how long this takes, as long as I keep making progress. Even if it takes longer than a week to register any movement on the scale. Now, about those non scale victories. My measurements are about the same, however I've noticed my posture is improving and my workouts are getting easier. I still have no stamina. I burn out quickly, but I'm stronger, capable of doing exercises with better form. Also, I got home from work exhausted and struggled hard to get a workout in yesterday, but I stuck to my commitment of 10 min a day and just got up and moved for 10min. I didn't go hard, but I did it and maintained my 3 week streak!
