I haven't blogged in awhile. I feel like I blinked at it went from summer to the end of the year. YIKES! I have been slowly been regaining my momentum and trying to stay on track. I have not lost any weight, but have lost some inches and restructured my shape a little. For this upcoming year I am not going to focus on weight. Instead I am just going to focus on food and exercise. Hope to continue to see positive changes.
