stopping the slippery slope now

In the last weeks I find that my consistency is slipping. i have not gone to the gym in about 2 weeks, and I've consistently been eating over range. Not surprisingly, the scale has gone up 3 pounds.
I know what usually happens next. I justify my less than great choices by saying I'm working long hours, then I stop tracking my food, and eventually I settle for the 2-3 pound weight gain. Before I know it, 5 pounds creep on etc etc.
So I'm stopping my usual pattern and declaring to myself that:
- I am worth working hard for my bigger goals
- Every little bit helps (one less bite, 1 more step, 1 more exercise minute)
- There's no time like the present to recommit.
My goals for tomorrow are:
- Eat within my calorie range and track my intake
-Drink 5 cups of water
- Do a 15 min yoga video
I love myself and I can do this!
