1 week of logging in my Happy Planner.

Non scale victory! I completed a week of logging in my planner and on sparkpeople. This way I can jot things down and add them to SP after and I get a pretty planner page out of it. Less victorious- I came in under cals because I've been too tired to eat and prepare food they last 2days. I'm trying hard to stick in my range and not risk going starvation-mode. My appetite really is all or nothing though, so as long as I'm telling myself not to eat waaaay too much, my body's just like "ok,we don't need food". It's like there's no middle ground. Tomorrow's weigh in day, and I totally snuck a peek and things are on track. I'm just gonna have to try to do better next week. Taking care of myself is exhausting :(

    Wow. Your tracking is impressive. Your plan is a great way to succeed. It does take time and effort to take care of ourselves, but it is time well spent. And, we are worth it!
