Wow! Here we are! Beginning of the month...end of the year. I wish I could say that I reached my health and fitness goals but I am far from it. It's ok. I'm planning to start this month strong by working out every day and being mindful of what I eat.

Yesterday I did 21 day fix total body cardio and I plan to do 21 day fix upper body fix in a little bit. My weight is up which I'm not too happy about but I did have Taco Time twice yesterday and two cookies from a local bakery. haha It's SO hard for me to stay motivated these days.

The last time I got on here I was 176 and today I'm 180.6. I know I'm pregnant so gaining weight is somewhat normal but I don't want to gain too much but my actions doing otherwise. I would like to be no more than 195 lbs. I need to cool it with the eating for two mentality. I'm only in my first trimester!

My plan is to get some kind of exercise everyday and to eliminate soda and extra sugar from my diet. At least for the month. I know this is nearly impossible since it's the holidays but I gotta try since I feel like its my biggest issue.

    Smart to control weight gain during pregnancy. It’s so hard to take it off later but be easy on yourself. Your commitment to good health is what matters. Don’t worry about the scale. Congrats on the baby.
