I've had so many changes over the last 6 1/2 months. Some have been good and some have been bad. My lifestyle has gradually been changing since my husbands passing in May. It has been bittersweet. I have learned some changes you have no control over and others you can control. My health journey has been a positive change, and will continue to be. It keeps me busy, planning and balancing my meals. As to my grieving, it is coming along; however the Holiday season is hard this year. One thing I do know, my husband would be proud of the changes I have made. Even though he is no longer with us, he is my inspiration. Love and miss you babe. emoticon

Sp is the way to do it.

We find it amazing how great our results can be by following the suggestions of SP. Including the consumption of water.
