Yes or No?, Green or Red? Its That Simple.

My goals are 30 continuous minutes walking and 9000 steps each day. I keep a little daily chart where I record "Yes" or "No" under 30 and 9000. A Yes turns it green, a No makes it red.
At 7:30 last night, I had 4000 steps and I asked my self, "Do you want red or green?" I am tough on myself, 29 minutes is still red. "I want Green/Green." I stepped onto my little treadmill. One hour later, I was sweaty, tired and all green,
it is just a color, green. I had a red streak coming up to Thanksgiving. My weight slid up a couple pounds. The last 3 days have been all green. Every day is a simple question, "Red or Green."
