So I Only Ate 1000 Calories Today

I got up, had an avg sized breakfast. Went light on lunch cause I wanted more veggies and wasn't very hungry. I had a chicken roasting in the slow cooker for supper. I figured with all the fixings it'd be a pretty big supper. I had 600 cals to make up, which is usually pretty easy in a supper. turns out I did too well at picking out lean meals. With the couscous, veggies, chicken, and even gravy, it was only around 300-something, so i went back for more chicken and I'm still 200 cals short of a full day lol. I'm full though and not going to worry about it. I've been pretty on target lately. Tomorrow's an other day.
Speaking of tomorrow, I tossed the carcass right back in the crockpot and am excited for soup tomorrow evening. I can expect that to be lean and I'll be ready with more cals in me for breakfast and lunch.
