So I Only Ate 1000 Calories Today

I got up, had an avg sized breakfast. Went light on lunch cause I wanted more veggies and wasn't very hungry. I had a chicken roasting in the slow cooker for supper. I figured with all the fixings it'd be a pretty big supper. I had 600 cals to make up, which is usually pretty easy in a supper. turns out I did too well at picking out lean meals. With the couscous, veggies, chicken, and even gravy, it was only around 300-something, so i went back for more chicken and I'm still 200 cals short of a full day lol. I'm full though and not going to worry about it. I've been pretty on target lately. Tomorrow's an other day. Speaking of tomorrow, I tossed the carcass right back in the crockpot and am excited for soup tomorrow evening. I can expect that to be lean and I'll be ready with more cals in me for breakfast and lunch. Weigh and measure tomorrow!

    We had some turkey soup for our dinner tonight and yes, I am low on calories for the day too.
