So the scale moved after all...

Day after weigh-in the scale moved finally. It's down about 3lbs inn the morning while dehydrated, and 1lb during the day when I'm not. Right on track with my goals! I haven't logged it I here yet cause I'm trying not to obsess over the scale. I'm changing my weigh-in day to Monday though to accomodate my fitness planner pages, which are printed out and set to use starting this Monday. This should help to keep me out of my phone all day and keep my fitness info as a quick reference. This page (from just a girl and her blog) is basically a quick jot dashboard, but my planner also has some pages from the fitness planner at moritzfinedesigns.com and they complement each other nicely. I'm planning to take a full set of starting measurements on Monday to track my progress weekly throughout the program.
