Rebooting again....

Saturday, November 18, 2017

So I'm back to my top weight ever. I'm sick, which used making eight loss basically impossible. I tried talking to my doctor about options considering that I have done unique challenges working in perfect unison to cause weight gain. His response was that he didn't have any medical solutions to help me and starvation is what works but is not advisable. So, I'm here embarking on an incredibly moderate journey, trying to lose weight without pushing exercise hard enough to make me sick again, and without reducing calorie intake enough to challenge my mitochondrial function too much. I've given myself a long time to get to my goal and I'm going to make a concerted effort to go slow and steady. Let's see how this goes.

emoticon emoticon . I'm doing a Time Restricted Eating Study with the Saulk institute. I'm basically consuming my meals within a 10-12 hour time frame. Eat at 9am stop around 7pm.. The healing of the mitochondria is during the "Fast" between after dinner and next day breakfast. 13 hrs is the goal, anything longer is a bonus depending on how you feel.. Here's a conversation with Dr. Rhonda Patrick explaining a bit of it- Be Well
