DH had surgery today, hospital arrival 5:30, so a very long day. I was wise enough to sleep 3 hours from 2-5, I sure knew I needed that rest.
No yoga today, but I made it to a meeting after dinner.
I made DH his favourite of homemade chicken and dumplings, which are dough balls dropped into the broth. I prefer the sliders, which are homemade noodles rolled out then dropped into the broth.
I took it easy with food today.
I have been stress eating for three weeks straight, and it has finally come to an end.
Now I am going to follow Laurel Mellin's The Solution
