Cooler weather helps with the walking.

With the drop in temps. I am able to do three hours of walks each day. Combined with my planned meals and snacks I am seeing a steady drop in weight. The walking is also helping me with my bp and a1c readings. I just take my days one at a time and let the scale average out in the long run. I know when I have a good or bad day and focus on ways to make progress.
