I started my family on a new eating plan October 2nd. Protein smoothie for breaksfast, 100 calorie snack, protein shake for lunch, 100 calorie snack, sensible dinner. Some days and weekends sensible dinners didn't happen. Work, life and meetings got in the way but I did consistently have a protein smoothie every morning for breakfast. I am down 16 pounds. I would call that a success!! The smoothie and shake kept me fuller than I would have thought. There were 2 days I didn't have lunch and didn't realize it until dinner.
