A Paradigm Shift??

I've been counting calories for a while. Then this weekend I clicked on a sidebar ad here on SparkPeople and read an article and watched a video (a VERY L - O - N - G video) that ended with a sales pitch (of course) to buy a book. While I didn't purchase the book, I did become quite curious about the "Cruise Control Diet."
I looked up a bunch of info and read as much as I could, and it seems to be a modified Atkins sort of thing. So I'm going to give it a try. I wouldn't be able to go full-on Atkins, but I've already been limiting my carbs and seeing some results, so I'll give it a go and see what happens. It might be a refreshing change to eat without counting every single calorie that enters my pie hole.
