So Sore not Sorry

So I decided to essentially OVERCOME...no matter the circumstances, pain, distractions or even my emotions. I chose to fight for my goals. I have started T25....again but am so proud to have been committed and consistent. I made it through week one (YES!)....I nailed cardio and speed but TBC, Lower Focus and Ab Interval kicked my bootay! I am so sore but weirdly happy to be sore. My diet is decent and will tweak it more towards keto but for now it's just lower carb (no red meat for 4 months). I have also decided to just portion control this Thanksgiving. On to week 2!!! Can I also just add (and those of you who have ever done any Shaun T workout knows) I have a like/hate relationship with him throughout the workout but when it's all said and done it's all love!
