HA, I am not a good writer, but I sometimes wish I was. I think today, half way through my new challenge program, I can be proud of my accomplishments this far. So far I have worked out every single day for a week and a half. I have dropped 1 pound and several inches and I can already see some changes. Maybe not as much as I would like but there are changes.
As I remind myself, this is a lifestyle change, I want to be healthier and more fit for myself and for my family. I want to be the adventurous family who goes Kayaking together and hiking together. The only way I can do this is by putting in the time it takes. I am halfway through the first of many workout challenges. As a friend has said, I'm worth 30 minutes of time for me.
