BLC Week 6 - BLC Week 7

We are officially in the last six weeks of BLC. I am so happy I joined in because it has been a life saver for me. I made an oath that I would not quit (no matter what) and I would see it from beginning to end. I a m dedicated to keep my word to myself. I have to admit that it is getting harder but I talk to myself and God when I have the thoughts of returning to my old ways. I pray i continue to do this. My teammates have been very helpful and I'm thankful for them also. I am changing up my routine now. I will stick with 1500 - 2000 and I will keep my exercising at 60 minutes+ most days of the week. I will make sure I keep moving and do more standing exercising over seated. Looking forward to this week and not looking over my shoulder.
