Did another 100 lengths in the pool today (just over 1 1/2 miles) and even better Pete came too.
Had a lovely salad with steak, onions & mushrooms tonight but the scales still aren't going down.

    The exercise is amazing, make sure you are eating enough though as you need the goodness to compensate for the calories you are burning. emoticon emoticon

    I agree with all the others. You need to check the inches Jude and it is very possible you are on that dreaded plateau which we all hate. It is the time to step up and keep on keeping on. emoticon emoticon

    Have you measured lately? Inches I mean and not that number on the scales.
    I know that you are doing everything. You must be in a plateau or whatever it's called. I am sure that things will shift soon.
    Have you considered a month of weight watchers or something? Might shake things up and then go back to SW? I know that it works for some.
